SHIPPING POLICY
APATCO Fence Tensioning Systems Pty Ltd uses integrated freight services through Transdirect, delivering Australia wide by road and road express carriers, certified carbon-neutral service.
Shipping Quotes
Shipping quotes are all automatically calculated from the entered address on the checkout page of our website based on product weight and package type. You will have the option to choose your carrier and shipping quote on the checkout page. Once you complete your payment your shipping will be automatically booked.
Processing and Tracking Orders
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped. Delivery times will vary depending on the carrier, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, but you can track your orders through most carriers. You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. We will also keep you informed of any delays due to the high volume of orders, delivery/pickup delays, or any other delays that are outside of our control.
Delivery to PO Boxes
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
If it is a regional location the consignment may end up at a regional post office, however the booking cannot be directly addressed to that post office, the physical address of the receiver must be entered on the booking.
Please ensure that someone is available to accept delivery upon arrival.
Delivery to Regional and Remote Areas
Whilst we try to offer a door-to-door service throughout Australia, if your location is remote, there is a possibility we will not be able to service the location to the door. The parcel may be left in a safe place or diverted to a local collection point. Please add special instructions at checkout if you have a preferred local collection point. Delivery times may also depend on how remote your location is, the route may not be serviced every day, in some cases there may only be deliveries once or twice a week. If your address isn’t registering and you don’t have an alternative collection location nearby and need assistance, please contact us.

Heavy Item Unloading
Hydraulic Tail Lift Unloading fee is automatically applied to your shipping quote, tail lift fees the responsibility of the customer to pay and are included in your quote. Tail lift charges are calculated and charged to the customer based on the original quote. (This applies for all Carrier Partners excluding TNT). TNT Tail Lift Surcharges: 30-99kg $49.50 (inc GST), 100-299kg $93.00 (inc GST), 300-499kg $132.00 (inc GST), 500kg and over $275.00 (inc GST).
Please ensure that someone is available to accept delivery upon arrival.
Local Pickup
Pickup is available. After placing your order and selecting ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, we will coordinate a suitable time for collection of your order that is convenient for everyone and provide directions to our location.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to pickup your order.
Loss or Damage, Warranties, and Insurance
In the event of your order getting lost or damaged in transit, please contact us directly regarding insurance.
Each freight carrier has their own warranty conditions listed below, as the customer by agreeing to our website terms and conditions you also agree to the warranty conditions of your chosen freight carrier.
